About me and my journey so far...
I found my spiritual path at a time in my life when I was suffering debilitating anxiety, depression, PTSD, ongoing illness and just trying to desperately understand what was going wrong with me.
… this devastating time in my life lead me (with the support of my most supportive husband and daughter) on a path I could not have imagined. I read books, learned to meditate (which was a very up and down process)...
I discovered Reiki 🙌 - a miracle in itself
I saw a psychologist
Fell in love with crystals…
And the journey doesn’t stop now …
I discovered myself, dealt with my suppressed trauma and found a way forward ...
Today I am anxiety free (thanks to my holistic spiritual path) … I've learnt that life isn’t always rainbows 🌈 and butterflies 🦋 but with all that I’ve discovered that with the strong spiritual practice I have now … the roller coaster 🎢 of life isn’t as rough.
I’ve learnt that life is messy and the challenges we face make us who we are supposed to be… now looking back at the hardest point in my adult life, I would do it all again to get to be who I am today.
Now I get to share all I have learned and am still learning daily to help others …

Modalities
Reiki Master - Teacher
Reiki is a non-invasive, ‘hands-on’ modality that promotes stress-reduction, relaxation and healing.This ancient Japanese healing channels universal life force energy through the healer to assist in creating balance and harmony within the physical and energy bodies.

Transpersonal Crystal Healing Master
Crystal Healing is a beautiful energy healing modality that assists to bring the body, mind and spirit into balance.
Crystal are careful selected to provide the most transformational healing specific to your health and well-being goals.
Transpersonal Crystal healing dives deep into finding the emotional or physical cause of discomfort and dis-ease.

Crystals, pendulums, healing wands and reiki are used to channel energy where it is needed and clear energy blocks. This helps to calm the nervous system, relax the mind and body, release blocked and stagnant energy within the chakras and auric field.
Intuitive Healer
Intuitive Healing draws on all my trained modalities to deliver a deeply personalised healing. Healing tools such as crystals and wands, singing bowls and bells are used in conjunction with reiki and crystal healing.
