Reiki is a beautiful tool that helps children achieve a calm mind and assists with managing the stress and pressures or school and life for little ones. Regular reiki can help kids sleep better, relieve anxiety, study better, stay focused, manage emotions and feel more confident in who they are. My Kids reiki sessions are personalised and flexible, with time for kids to discuss how they are feeling if they wish or for parents to discuss with me their concerns. Parents are welcome to stay throughout the session, for teens this is flexible as they may wish to discuss in private. Kids reiki sessions are 30mins, includes 15-20mins of reiki healing. Parents are welcome to reach out before or after session to discuss anything in private. Reiki is a non-invasive, ‘hands-on’ modality that promotes stress-reduction, relaxation and healing. This ancient Japanese healing channels universal life force energy through the healer to assist in creating balance and harmony within the physical and energy bodies. Regular reiki sessions may assist in reduced anxiety, clearer mind and focus, deep relaxation and more. This modality assists by unblocking stagnant energy within the physical and energy body which may be preventing optimal health and well-being. During your healing your child will be comfortably lying down. A discussion will take place before and after treatment. Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours notice for rescheduling of appointments. Women's Circles and Workshops are not refundable or transferrable. Thank you so much.
