Relax your body and mind with Candice during a 60-minute Reiki Healing session. Reiki is a non-invasive method that uses gentle touch to reduce stress, relieve anxiety, and promote optimal health and wellbeing. Let go and be supported. Candice is a Certified Reiki Master and will help you clear your mind and focus on the present moment, leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This ancient Japanese healing channels universal life force energy through the healer to assist in creating balance and harmony within the physical and energy bodies. Regular reiki sessions assist in reducing anxiety and stress related illness, and promote improved sleep, focus, deep relaxation and more. This modality assists by unblocking stagnant energy within the physical and energy body which may be preventing optimal health and well-being. During your healing you will be comfortably lying down. A discussion will take place before and after treatment.
